Celestial Sitar is owned , conceived and designed by the artist himself and its purpose is to create the awarness among the people about the Indian Classical Music and about this particular Senia tradition and the balanced and pure music which emerges from it. Though there are plenty of folk styles of music all over the world, we can find very few Classical ones , this one described here is unique being based entirely on melody while European Classical Music is based on harmony. Unlike the folk styles , the classical ones are not the cultural patrimonium of one country but they are world heritage. Thus Indian Classical Music is no more limited to a restricted class of listeners or to one particular place , it is universal as much as European Classical Music and Motzart can be.
